Here are answers to some of the most common questions we get asked about workshops here. If you can't find what you're looking for, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where are the workshops held?
All workshops are held at our studio in The Squash Court, Balcombe Place Stables, Haywards Heath Road, RH17 6AZ.
Do I need my own sewing machine?
Our studio is fully equipped with sewing and overlocking machines. If you would prefer to bring your own machine that's absolutely fine too. Just let us know in advance so that we can clear the space.
How big are the classes?
Depending on the activity, class sizes are small so that you get maximum attention. No more than five people.
Do I need to bring anything along to the workshops?
Please check each individual listing for what you need to bring along. We'll send you an email the week before the class too, detailing what (if anything) you need to bring.
Are your workshops easily accessible?
Our workshops are on the mezzanine floor with five steps. We have a ground floor showroom and have an accessible toilet. If you have accessibility needs that you would like to discuss please drop us an email at email@example.com.
Can I cancel a workshop?
Unfortunately our workshop spaces are non-refundable. If we can find a replacement for your spot you will receive a full refund up to seven days before the workshop or course begins.
Can I buy fabric at the workshops?
YES! You can browse and shop our range of fabric and haberdashery in the classes. You also receive a 10% fabric discount if you're attending a class.
Can I book a private class?
We can run most of our classes as private lessons and we can also arrange private tuition for any other kind of sewing project you'd like, including beginner classes.
